I found the room very spacious. It reminded me of a true upgrade. the top-floor bar offered good prices and fine skyline views. I particularly enjoyed the sunset. staff were very professional. Andreas at the bell lobby gave really good assistance.

I noticed the absence of available luggage assistance upon check-in. It required us to manage everything ourselves despite this being a 5-star hotel.

Inconsistent Service and Overrated Features

The room seemed nice initially, but some things were off. The mini-bar wasn't stocked. I had to call down and wait over an hour. It's a bit annoying for a place of this supposed caliber. the soundproofing was not great. I heard street noise late into the night. It disrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax.
